Your statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right applies regardless of anything else on this page. The full withdrawal instructions and form will be available here before ordering opens.
Condition
The product should come back in a condition that lets us assess it. You are allowed to inspect and try the product the way you would in a shop.
Practically, for this product: inflating the inner ball and letting your dog push the ball around a room is inspection. Weeks of outdoor use is not.
Return shipping cost
Who pays for the return shipment will be stated clearly on this page before ordering opens — no surprises after the fact.
Faulty products
If something fails that should not have, that is not a return — it is a warranty matter and it is on us. Write to us with your order number and photographs.
Often the answer is a replacement inner ball rather than a whole product, which is faster for you and cheaper for us. That is the point of the two-part build.
