Shipping is included
The price you see on a product page is the price you pay. Shipping is included in every country we deliver to, and no separate delivery charge is added at checkout.
Prices include VAT where it applies.
Where we ship from
All orders ship from our warehouse in Zagreb, Croatia.
Where we ship to
Planned at launch: Croatia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom are outside the EU. Any customs charges for those countries will be explained on this page before ordering opens. Not on the list? Delivery time
Not final yet. Delivery times vary by country and will be published here before ordering opens. As a rough guide, Croatia is quickest, and the further a parcel travels from Zagreb the longer it takes.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Wrong address
If you notice a mistake in your delivery address, contact us straight away with your order number. Before the parcel leaves the warehouse we can change it. Once a carrier has it, we can request a redirect but cannot guarantee one.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the parcel and the product before unpacking further, and send the photos to us straight away. We handle the carrier claim, not you.
