We are not open in Europe yet, so most of the post we get right now is about sizing, or about when the store actually goes live. Both are fair questions. Use the form below, or write to contact@collieball-europe.com.

If you are not sure which size fits your dog, send us the breed and the shoulder height and we will tell you which one we would put them on. There is also a size guide if you would rather work it out yourself.

We usually reply within 1–2 business days.

Withdraw from contract

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The withdrawal form is here, and it stays available for the whole withdrawal period. You can also send us any clear statement instead, by email or by post.
