Withdraw from contract

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Fill this in and we will confirm it by email.

You do not have to use this form. Any clear statement to us, by email or post, works just as well.

This form tells us you are withdrawing. Sending the goods back is a separate step, and we explain it in the confirmation email.

The 14 days run from this date.

You can withdraw from the whole order or from single items. For the whole order, write "the whole order".

We will email a confirmation to the address above. It will contain a copy of this declaration and the date and time we received it.
